So it was an old concept, and not a stellar one. Money hungry guy brings military to deal with natives keeping him from valuable ore.
However, the writing was fantastic at making the viewer fall in love with the natives and their culture. The world is immersive, and all concepts to some degree, no matter how outlandish, seem entirely believable.
The language is fluid and well practiced, and all characters to some degree can be commiserated with. Normally I avoid paying more than $10 for a movie (this ticket was $15) but I am not bitter or even displeased about it. I recommend it to all viewers who have been waiting for a movie worth the ticket price.
