Funny, feel good movie

Characters were excellently cast! LOVED IT! I went because I am a fan of Merryl Streep, but Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin were great, too. John Krasinski was so funny! A new favorite for me!

I just kept waiting for something to happen. The plot was more of a rambling series of scenes. There was very little humor! I just wished I would have gone to see something else. It evokes absolutely no emotion.

Meryl Streep was superb! Pierce Brosnan looked more like he was lip syncing than singing. Probably not, his singing was so bad I think they would have chosen a better artist.
