My husband and I really liked this movie. It's the type of movie you could watch mulitple times and see something new. The pacing was just right, though I can see how some who like fasted paced action movies would have a hard time with this one.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This was a good race-against-time movie. If you read the book, you will notice the changes made, more likely for screen time.
The acting was good, especially from the supporting actors.
For the record, I'm catholic and I was not insulted by this film. I feel the catholic church, like all religions that have been around for more than 2 thousand years, are filled with lore and mystery. They make the best who-done-it genres.
I am glad I saw it in the theater.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
