A great flick about a unique individual in a unique situation... A really good cast and a great little story. Go see this just to watch John C Reilly play the "obnoxious" good guy. The rest of the cast is great too. A really funny and tight storyline that also makes you feel good at the end.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

It seemed like the writers did a tremendous dis-service to the actors. There was no character development and you had to figure out what was going on which took away from just watching the movie. It seemed like it wasn't written in a logical order. I might have laughed twice, the punchlines were lame. The actors just didn't have the material to work with. Also Owen Wilson is getting annoying, he plays the same character all the time.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

A great movie, as good as Unforgiven which I consider the best "modern" Western. This movie was strangely profound in its realism and un washed characters. The Coen brothers have pulled another one off, go see this movie.

the only thing that made this somewhat worthwhile was being able to watch DeNiro and catching Alba strip down to her skivies. Other than that it was a bland and predictatble storyline forced upon the audience. The laughs were mainly at the beginning of the film, and those only because the audience "wanted" to laugh at that point. As the film went on it became obvious the film was another failed sequal. Fair at best.
