Halloween II was by far the single worst movie I have ever seen. There is nothing redeeming about it. It is sick, violent, and cruel. I would imagine that Moustapha Akkad and Donald Pleasence are turning over in their graves. Dimension FIlms should be ashamed of this.
First, there is no plot. The violence exists not for the sake of suspense but for mere shock value. The acting is substandard, and the dialogue is part of the school of thought that believes repeating the f-word over and over makes you "gritty."
