Well Worth Seeing, Want More...

As the lead-in movie destined for a future Avengers movie tie-in, this was a powerful start. Downey nailed Tony Starke's conflicted personality to perfection. Paltrow, Howard, and Bridges each fit perfectly into their parts. The CG and F/X were perfectly meshed. The origin of Iron Man was a delight to watch in this telling as the extended R&D performed by Starke was full of interest and humor--never boring. There are plenty of small in-jokes, references, and cameos for true fans to find and enjoy. Watch out for "Mr Hefner". <smile>
