I will admit this is the first time I've seen a 3D movie in the theatre and it was amazing! Not only the scenes meant to wow you, but the 3D effects in the entire movie were well done. Since this movie has been made many times and almost of us have seen it or read it in some form or another, the story itself is what you would expect. Even though I knew what was coming, I still found myself wondering what would happen. It was also more thrilling than I would expect from a Disney movie. Definitely not meant for little kids.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Just another disaster movie

The 2012 phenomenon (is that the right word?) is an insignificant detail used to start another disaster movie. If you've seen Deep Impact, you've seen this movie. Wanted more about 2012 than the 3-4 nuggets I've already seen on the History channel.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
