Intense!

It has a PG-13 rating, but I think that this movie might be too intense for the younger teens still!! Heath Ledger did a FABULOUS job!! I can't say the same about Christian's performance... Go see it!! You decide!!

I have to agree with other reviewers.. the story line was missing some depth.. I loved the characters though! Fantastic imagination! That's all I can say without ruining the movie! ; )

Kickass!!

I LOVED this movie..! Kept me on the edge of my seat! The action was fabulous, just the way the whole thing was put together was great!!! What disturbed me was that people had their little kids with them.. come on people!! Sheesh!! It wasn't gory or whatever, but the images are definitely not for the kiddos!!

Laughed a lot!

First I want to say, the ratings are in place for a reason, for those who are complaining about taking their 12-14 yr old children.. the description for the PG-13 rating says "for crude and sexual content throughout, language and nudity." I have to admit, the sexual jokes were a bit repetitive.. but certainly not unexpected!! I also liked the underlying "moral" about different people from different places being able to get along. Especially in these times, that Israeli and Palestinian characters could joke about each other and with each other, was nice even in such a cornball way... heh
Was one of the few movies I've laughed a lot at in a long time...

Satisfying combo of acting and CGI

As usual, Robert Downey, Jr. was fabulous as Tony Stark...! A super genius with flaws we can identify with.. The graphics weren't super fake looking.. they did a great job blending the human characters in with the robotic suits! And the ending left me wanting more...!!

I agree with some of the reviewers.. the Boston dialect was terrible! The cinematography was absolutely beautiful though! Woo-ping Yuen did another great job! The fight scenes had a good combination of at-speed and slow motion sequences. I think with some movies, you just can't compare them to others of the same genre... it is what it is....!
