A fitting funny conclusion

I'm glad that the Shrek series ends with this movie and not it's inferior predecessor Shrek 3. This movie is entertaining for both kids and adults, and it's not necessary to have seen all the previous Shrek movies to enjoy this one. The plot line allow you to see not only the family man (or monster) that Shrek has evolved to, but also his roots as an ogre who enjoyed being feared and outcast. This movie feels as fresh as a newly baked Gingerbread Man.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
