So watching this in 3D IMAX is of course the only way to go. The effects are really well done. As for the content, Tim Burton does a very nice job once again diverging slightly from the know story lines. Everyone has names instead of titles. Though Ann Hathway's performance is a little over the top. All in all a great movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Great visual effects the 3D version is great because the plants and the shrapnel pop out at you, though most of the other stuff remains flat. Totally worth the extra to do 3D and Imax.
