This is an excellent movie for all ages. The folks that are familiar with the original TV series will enjoy seeing how those main characters "got their start". The special effects are awesome!

The Book Was Better

The movie starts off fairly slow but finishes with a rush. If you've read the book then you'll easily identify the differences.
