This is one of those movies where if you fall asleep or get up to use the potty, you will be lost when you get back or wake up. Acting was 1st. rate and the story was GR8. My 1st. IMAX experience and was impressed, wish this movie had been shot in 3D though. All in all, I give this 5 stars and will see it again when released in Blu-Ray
Not one of Denzel's best but a good movie none the less. Don't get up to go to the concession stand or use the bathroom, you will lose the story line when you get back. 4 stars out of 5 good entertainment
This has to be one of, if not the best, movie I have ever seen. The special effects were nothing short of amazing. And to see it in 3-D was sensational. By all means SEE THIS MOVIE you won't be disappointed
I wanted to give this movie 4 1/2 stars only because the director caved in to the Muslim Faction and didn't destroy the Muslim Cube in where ever it is like he destroyed the Christian sites, the Vatican , etc. Special effects are GR8, the story line is so-so but the effects make up for it. See this one , you will like it
As I get older, I find myself enjoying more movies like this. Have always liked Dustin Hoffman and love Emma Thompson. Would and will recommend this movie to everybody
I'm not sure what I was expecting when I went to see this movie, but when it was over, I felt somewhat cheated. The trailers and previews led you to expect something more than what you got . Best I can do for a review is 5 out of 10 average at best
Two of my friends had seen this before I did . A ad they both gave it outstanding reviews. I never have cared much for movie critics and the like as I prefer to form my own opinion. The movie can get a bad review but as long as I enjoy it and am entertained, that's all that matters. So went to see The Dark Knight yesterday and came out agreeing with my friends and everyone else. One of the best movies ever made. 6 stars out of 5 in my rating system.
As most have said before, I am a fan of the series and the first movie, but this one left you scratching your head when you left the theater. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed this movie very much but, to me, it wasn't quite the X-Files. It was one of those movies where if you dared get up to use the restroom, when you came back you would have been lost. It was more like classwork, where you had to study the movie very close for fear of missing something. Almost felt tired when it was over because I worked too hard. I don't see any fans actually hateing this movie, but in my mind most wont love it either. Entertaining, but too much work for me
