My wife and I enjoyed this movie. The effects were good as was the storyline.
I thought it strange how many parents were bringing their young children to this movie. Sure it was rated PG but it is a Tim Burton film and it probably went over the heads of a lot of the kids there. This certainly wasn't your parents Alice in Wonderland.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
