The series and first movie were fun, interesting as you watch the girls learn from their experiences with jobs, men, marriage, and children. This one has too much excess about how much they HAVE. And while Samantha's antics and behavior was funny in the series, by now have become sad and embarassing. The script for her in this movie actually makes you pity her as she has nothing positive in her future.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
