My expectations were shattered immediately when I realized this isn't a traditional zombie/horror flick. And, that's not bad for "Zombieland." It's really a light-hearted look at finding friends, famiy and yes, zombies. A tale of developing bonds, creating trust and realizing who you are or want to be. Harrelson's at his best with dead-pan sarcasm. Jesse Eisenberg offers a great performance, too. Unfortunately, the girls were largely forgettable. An incredible cameo by Bill Murray was timed perfectly. In summary, if you want true zombie-butt kicking to the max look elsewhere. However, if you want to have about 81 minutes worth of fun...check out "Zombieland."
Yes, I recommend this movie.
