History in the Making

Was this what it was like to see the first talking movie? Or to see The Wizard of Oz go from black and white to color? I remember seeing Star Wars and Encounters of the Third Kind when they first came out being mesmerized with the special effects. Seeing Avatar 3D was like that experience. I was swept away to another place by a story that tugged at my heart and mind and in awe of the imagination and technology that allowed me to experience the power of the Eywa(sic). What a blessing to have lived long enough to witness first hand Hollywood's evolution. Definitely a must see.....may be a little intense for the younger kids. Hopefully, I'll be able to get it in 3D for my HD some day to show my grandkids.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
