I saw this film yesterday and, as a 23 year old, I really enjoyed it. I was a huge Star Wars fan when I was younger, and am still entertained by the films. I thought that the movie was a great adventure flick, with great animation and a pretty good story line. I don't really consider it a "7th Star Wars film" but as a side-story, it delivers. I had fun with it, and that is how one should really see these films; don't dissect it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
