I thought it moved along pretty well for as long as it was.
It was enjoyable to recognize the background in scenes- i.e. the Capitol in Madison, downtown Baraboo,etc.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

An enjoyable movie, but moved a bit slow. Both lead actors were very good.
