Good to get out of the heat!

This was a cute movie with excellent visual effects. Greater character development and plot explanation would have made it more interesting. Nice way to spend a couple hours on a hot day. Good, NOT GREAT, just good.

This was indeed a good movie. I realized as I was sitting in the theater that a lot of the teenagers who were really getting in to it didn't remember or see the 1989 version with Nicholson as the Joker (made me feel kinda old)! The only thing that bothers me is are there any new ideas? Basically he has a batmobile, a bat cycle probably next time a bat jet or boat or some other contraption. He will fight the joker the joker will attack the city blah blah blah. How many times are we going to tell the same story? How about a new concept? HellBoy....now that's interesting. Or maybe finally make a Wonder Woman movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
