This movie was awesome! I was kind of thrown off for a bit because it was different than the previous 5. While I enjoyed all the past ones, this movie had a more serious and epic feel to it. But don't let the epic feel trick you because there is lots of humor tied into the movie as well. All the actors did a fabulous job and made each scene extremely believeable. Gambon at one point gave me goosebumps.
I also read the book and of course there are some things different, some stuff added, or some stuf excluded, ...but fans need to treat the movies and books as different entitys. As a film, id give it 5 stars...if judging how it relates to the book, then 4.5 stars..that averages out to an A.....GO SEE IT!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
