Beautiful, inspiring, heartbreaking story

Urbangirl

Gus Van Sant's film is so wonderfully nuanced and told in a compelling style. It brought the rose of each moment to the surface. Fantastic performances from the entire cast. Sean Penn brings such sweetness to his portrayal of Harvey Milk. On top of all of this it is a very important movie, timeless, reminding each of us that the struggle for individual rights is never ending and paramount to our humanity.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
