Graphically Wonderful - Too Violent

The graphic and special effects are truly outstanding. The story is a love story where good finally wins out over evil. It is, perhaps, a story of how the American Indians may have made a different world than the one we have today.
However it is far too violent, especially for a PG-13 rating. Is this sort of violence what leads us to the violent world we live in today? I realize a significant part of the wonderul graphics are intimately intertwined with this violence.
I believe it is a movie for mature adults who are not likely to be influenced by that violence.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
