This movie was everything I was hoping it would be, and more. Me and my husband have been looking forward to seeing this movie since we heard about it, and since we loved Batman Begins (and we are both huge Christian Bale fans) we were really excited. I've only sat outside a theater for 3 hours one other time, and it was so worth the wait. Christian Bale is amazing as Batman, yet again (Oscar anyone??), and Heath Ledger was mesmerizing as the Joker. It was bittersweet seeing him on screen, knowing it was his last finished project. You could tell how much he put into this role, I have heard about talks of an academy award nomination for him, and I have to say, I think he deserves it. Honestly, I didn't look at the Joker and think, "hey thats Heath Ledger" I looked at the Joker and was seriously creeped out, he totally became the role. But as a whole this movie and all the acting in it is astounding and I will be buying this the day it's released on DVD.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
