I agree with the others, it was like a really long episode. Only okay, not real thrilling, actually - very tame for the X-Files. And for all you paranormal fans - no aliens, no ufo's. Other than a brief appearance at the end by Skinner - none of our regulars. Good to see Fox & Scully together still! Have fun at the movies :)
No, I do not recommend this movie.
