I purposely did not reread the book before seeing the movie, so it was better than some of the past movies, because I was not constantly comparing. I felt the acting was good and the portrayals were accurate. I went with a group of 6 people and we all enjoyed it very much!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I got lost in reality! Or should I say imagination. I loved the way you became so involved you thought everything was real! It was a love story with a "green" side to it. I can't say too much for the storyline, but, I was fascinated. I thought the movie moved right along not many slow parts. A must see, if no other reason than the unique factor!

Loved the books!! The movie follows them quite nicely, but it was so cheesy! The acting is a little lame, but I did enjoy the storyline.
