My daughter and I loved this movie! It provided the scare that was advertised, and still made me afraid to go to sleep. Peli did a fabulous job of making you feel like it was real. It did have a 'home movie' feel that was the director's intent, and left you wondering if it could really happen.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I thought this was a "make you think" movie - my favorite kind! It was done well as far as effective keep you wide-eyed scenes mixed with the could this be a possibility scenes. My 12 year olds loved it! We discussed in the car all the way home the scienctific and religious tones. Some scenes were a little 'real-life' scary to them, but overall a great flick!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
