My son, husband and I loved this movie. I did not remember the story well, (from reading YEARS ago!) but it did not matter, as I'm sure Tim Burton took some liberties. His films have always baffled me in the past, but this one won me over.
Of course the special effects were superb. The visual feast of this film has rarely been surpassed.
