Outstanding adaptation to the big screne

At first, I had my doubts of Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, but after watching the movie I no longer doubt. He gave an outstanding performance of Tony Stark. The movie had good action, as well as some surprisingly humorous sequences. I especially liked his interaction with is robotic helpers. The supporting actors/actresses were strong and very entertaining, though Terrence Howard's character could have been written better. The bad guy was bad, lots of eye candy for the guys, and the suit was awesome. Can't wait for the sequel with War Machine(?). The the ending with Mr. Jackson as Nick Fury was cool.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
