This movie was one of the most touching films I've seen in a while. Tyler Perry's movies always make you think about things that are happening in many households and are often covered up. For Colored Girls went very deep to the most painful areas of the characters lives and showed it is possible to overcome such pain and horror. What people need most when facing difficult situations is for someone to be there and to know they can overcome it with time and patience. Kudos Tyler on another great movie!

I truly enjoyed the movie. From beginning to end it kept me captivated. It was a hard look a reality and touched my spirit. Precious' fighting spirit put a positive light into a horribly traumatic situation.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
