I guess I expected a lot more out of a big budget Sherlock Holmes movie. There was a great dynamic between both Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law. The movie on the whole was acted well, but the plot left something to be desired. I walked out of the theatre with mixed feelings about the movie. The action scenes were fun, but were they necessary to make a good Sherlock Holmes movie?
The entire movie felt like a setup for the next one, and that I didn't like. I thought it should have concentrated more on making this an awesome movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
