The special effects were spectacular and the movie was good. the Imax 3D experience was simply awesome.
I'm not all that fond of movies that try to teach me or have a message, so the unsuble references to the plights of the rain forest and aboriginal peoples didn't appeal to me. The storyline was somewhat of a cliche, but I suppose it's difficult to come up with something completely new. My bladder is no longer suited to a movie that's 2 hours and 40 minutes long, so the last half hour was seen through a yellow haze. :)
Yes, I recommend this movie.
