Read all 4 books in 8days, so expected the movie to be awesome! It was! I'm hooked! Was a bit disappointed that it deviated so much from the book, though. Edward was portrayed as an idiot in some scenes- never that way in book. Bella wasn't clumsy enough or portrayed as the danger magnet she is, giving Edward the need to keep her alive. Bella meets Jacob for 1st time at beach when Jacob tells story about warewolves and vampires that leads to the next book. The Quileutes never breached their contract with Cullens by writing book about the "cold ones". High school kids didn't usually all run in same circle & characters were lacking. 3 vampires weren't on killing spree. No mill & no deaths.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
