Too much snogging; not enough fighting

I did enjoy the movie, although it will not be listed among my favorites. The three main characters were very well portrayed and projected a maturity that will be necessary in the upcoming finale. Alan Rickman was superb, as usual, but there was not enough introduction to the Half-Blood Prince.
I realize that Ron and Hermione's relationship had to be developed, but there was way too much focus on the snogging and not enough on the wonderful relationship between The Big Three and Neville and Luna, especially, as a fighting force. It seems pretty crucial to the success of the final films.
Overall, I thought the acting was superb, and the score was wonderful. The directing/editing? Not sure yet.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
