The actors were great. I was glad we got some history on Rosalie and Jasper as in the book. What I found disappointing is the director seemed to forget who's story this was. Bella knew very little about what was actually happening in Seattle. It wasn't until later in the book she actually realized the stolen red shirt may meanshe was the intended target. I felt the director gave too much footage to Riley and friends.
I wasn't looking for more action. I was looking for the love triangle which is the whole concept behind The Twilight Saga. The battle with the newborns was such a small part of the book. There was more to the lead up to the confrontation than the actual fight.
As for recommending this movie to a friend, I would let them know not to expect to see to much of the book in the actual footage.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
