We were bored so we went to see this movie as a last resort. After 3 Whitehouse movies we did not expect this to blow us away. Good watch folks!

Not sure that the cursing was done by Lincoln in real life. Cusing maybe!
Yes there is a differnce and Lincoln was a very religious person at the end of his life. Hollywood being it's usual self.
Worth the watch but don't check your brain at the door. Everyone tries to make historical figures relevant to our times. Not the case BTW as Lincoln was made for his time!.

DW is my favorite actor and he steps up to the plate and does a great job in this film. My problem is this is way to dark of a story and we do not need all the crap of drug filled people in living color to get the message.
X rating would have been more appropriate.
Yes it did have some very nice soul searching moments that could have been exploited more and the drugs less as well as 4 letter words. Not that I don't use 4 letter words on occasion I just don't think it is good art form.
We were the only ones in the early showing!

SOUND AT A LEVEL THAT CAUSES EAR DAMAGE

Be careful with these IMAX films in small theaters. They refused to turn the sound down and we left after our ears began to hurt. WTFO.
