Excellent! I agree with others who say if you did not read and love these books you may not like or get as much out of the movies. But as a huge TwiFan, I loved seeing my favorite characters on screen again. New Moon was well-made, a million times better than Twilight. Not for kids! There are some creepy and violent scenes.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Good for adults and middle school + aged kids. Would not take my 10 and 7 year old kids due to innapropriate material a lot of swearing.
