Outstanding CGI work. At times I would forget what's real and what's not. The story was somewhat predictable, but the non-stop action and visual effects kept me fully focused on the screen. For a long movie it didn't seem like it. You have to see it if you haven't.
The movie was not quite what I expected. I am a true action/adventure and thrill ride person. After watching the trailer I thought I was in for some real action - not that I dismiss the plot, because if there is not a decent plot the action becomes a moot point. But not what I expected, for example, in the trailer, they show Denzel in a fight scene, the a quick camera shot to Mila Kunis who says "Teach Me" - then a brief shot of someone loading pistol mafazines. Well, if you saw the movie, you would have seen tha "Teach Me" was Teach Me how to read. So, I must say, the folks in charge of slicing up the movie into trailers do a good job of misleading the public. However, I did enjoy the movie.
There wasn't one minute throughout the 2 hours and 6 minutes that myself, my wife and my 9 year old were not kept fully focused on the movie. Excellent special effects and plenty of "cheering for the good guys" in this one. The humor was great as well. Can't wait to see it again!
