After reading and re-reading all the books many times, it is hard to find the same enchantment in a movie. However, out of all the Potter movies, this one seems the closest. All three "kids" are now great actors (and actress). They are very convincing and mature, especially Rupert Gint, who has come a long way. The cinematography is amazing. Well worth seeing in the theater.
It was faithful to the book, so no surprises.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
