Excellent adaptation!

This was by far the best of the Twilight movies yet. David Slade did a great job balancing the love stories with the darker aspects of the new vampires and Victoria's hate. Actually surpassed my expectations!
I would not go so far as to say, however, that people who aren't fans of the franchise would enjoy it. There are more than a few cheesy moments in it that fans will appreciate, and love, and remember from the books but that people who haven't read them will probably inwardly groan at and roll their eyes.
The special effects and makeup are getting better and better with each movie as well, definitely impressed, and DEFINITELY going to buy on blu-ray. :)
Yes, I recommend this movie.
