Once again, J. Cameron has excelled in his ability to take history and turn it into a beautiful yet poignant storyline. Yes, the visual effects are outstanding! Capturing Horner for the sound score was genius. However, the story behind Avatar is the true masterpiece. Will we ever learn from our arrogance as Americans that not all cultures desire to be US? Bravo, Mr. Cameron! In addition, for those who merely desire a beautiful movie with, as my husband called them, chick flick features, this is a “must see” as well!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

My 29 yo daughter and I went to the double feature because it had been years since either of us had watched Toy Story 1 or 2 (yes, we have the DVDs). I found myself sitting as close to her as I had done in her childhood - shoulders touching. It was a great mother-daughter outing! And no one should miss the intermission! WOW! Loved every minute we sat in the theater! Well done!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
