Two thumbs up for this prequel to the classic 'Star Trek' saga - I'm not a Trekker, or a Trekkie, but have been a loyal follower through the years. There are a couple of inconsistencies - even accepting the bizzarre rupture in the space time continuum, but overall this movie rocks! The storyline is tight, the filming and technical effects superb - fully deserves the top spot this summer. It will be a tough act to follow for the other movies coming out later in the year.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
