Absolutely earns the buzz

I loved this movie from the opening scene to the very last. Heath Ledger is mesmerizing as the Joker. Never have I seen the spirit of anarchy so completely realized. Christian Bale is by far my favorite Batman. Gary Oldman's Gordon is very believable and real. Aaron Eckhart was absolutely brilliant. Christopher Nolan's direction and pacing kept me glued to my seat for the entire 2 hours and 30 minutes. I can only hope he signs on for #3. I will happily pay to see this movie again.

I LOVE Iron Man!

I took 10 17 year olds to see Iron Man on opening night and it was fantastic! I thought there was just the right amount of exposition for a superhero origins story. The action was awesome. The characters were wonderfully written and acted. Robert Downey Jr. is completely believable and charming. Terrence Howard, Gwyneth Paltrow & Jeff Bridges were all wonderful. All of the kids I brought loved it as well. The standing-room-only crowd laughed and cheered through the whole movie. It felt much shorter than the 2 hour 6 minute run time. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
