Welcome Back Star Trek!

J.J. Abrams DID NOT disappoint! Great cast, heart-pounding action sequences and the old-school catch phrases were slipped in brilliantly. Bones was a little over the top, but didn't put a damper on the film one bit. And it was the perfect length. Anymore than the 2 hours it was and I think it would've been spoiled. I will DEFINITELY be seeing this again...and again...and again (and I'm not even a Trekkie!)!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Watchmen is a definite "must-see'

In my opinion, Watchmen is one of the best comic book movies I've seen since Sin City. Throughout the entire film, it had this authentic feel of a comic book come to life. I thought it had a great ensamble cast, amazing special effects and was just the right length. After watching the movie, I skimmed through the graphic novel and found that you could match the film to the novel almost entirely frame-by-frame. Of course there were pieces of the original story missing from the film, but that's always going to happen when you adapt print to film. My only disappointment was the pathetic excuse for a Nixon that was used. Nonetheless, this is one movie I know I'll be seeing again in theatres (IMAX again) and most certainly own on DVD.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

When I first heard that a movie was going to be made from the show, I had my doubts. But they were all blown away when I saw it. I fell in love with the characters all over again, all the storylines tied together well and I loved the way everything was wrapped up at the end.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
