I like most watched Speed Racer as a kid and as an adult thought the movie was ok. Maybe if we had sat in the back of the theater instead of our usual middle seats the animation would not have been so overwhelming. There were times I had to close my eyes or look away. We first saw the trailers at G rated movies we were taking our 5 & 8 yr olds to so we were very surprised to hear a couple of D*M, A*S, a bleeped S**T and someone flipping the bird. I realize this was a PG movie, but it is being put out there as a kids movie. And Yeah it was way to long on useless dialog.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
