Not the best Coen brothers' movie

I was disappointed in this movie. There really didn't seem to be a clear point and the disgusting factor with the brother's cyst is unnecessary and does nothing to improve/add to the story. I felt like nothing happened after the movie was over. I love the Coen brothers but I'm not too impressed with this.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
