I brought my daughter to the midnight premier. We both loved all the books. I was disappointed in the cheesy special effects. Hopefully, more money will be spent for the next movie. Compared to HPotter, this looked like the work of kindergarteners. Also, the two main characters need some acting lessons before the next film. Robert Pattinson overacted and Kristin Stewart underacted -like a cardboard cut-out. Although, when she said she wasn't afraid, she did look rather terrified. The movie lacked character development and the screenplay needed lots of work. On the whole, there was too much staring and not enough dialogue. The book was witty and funny. The movie was mostly angst. This movie needed work.
