Imaginarium is exactly what you expect of a Terry Gilliam movie: difficult ideas handled irreverently with a unique and instantly identifiable style.

Don't go to this movie expecting five pages, it's not a book. The core principles have been expanded and explored...this place Max went to escape is a reflection, and both worlds have monsters.
