A good movie, but parents beware...

This movie is rated PG-13 for a reason. Yet, I watched as about 20 giggling children (between the ages of 4 and 12) took seats in a matinee showing on July 3rd.
Yes--the adults should've paid attention to the ratings system. But--the movie is based on a much beloved series of toys. The belief that a children's toy movie can't be THAT bad, wins out in the end. Much to the embarrassment of naive parents.
Anybody who loathed the "lubrication" scenes in the first movie; will loathe "Mojo's domination" and "Wheelie" humping "Mikeala's" leg. It's too bad that a handful of instances, that lasted no more than a few seconds each; managed to detract from what was, imo, a good popcorn movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
