The best parts (or funniest) of the movie were already publized in the previews. I love these two actresses but the movie was too silly, predictable and unrealistic. It seems some parts were cut out to make the story flow better and the boyfriends were sooo miscasted.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Fascinating with all the futuristic computer capabilities not only in everday life but also with military strategies. Story line was very engaging and acting believable. Great time!

Timeless Mummy fun

Too bad the poor reviews may keep many from enjoying a fun summer movie. Sure everyone aged and the son was miscast - but the story line was very interesting and the special events were great. We even liked Maria Bello as the adventurous wife and mother - she didn't miss a beat. Just go and relax (if you can as there are some jumpy parts) it will be time well spent!!

I was reluctant to see the movie with Robert Downey Jr. as the star - although well respected as an actor, he just did not seem to fit this part...however I was mistaken. The movie was a lot of fun.

Everyone in the audience really wanted to like the movie - but you could hear a pin drop until he fell down....the comedic timing was off from the beginning. The MOH duties were over the top and silly -- no way all could have been pulled off in such a short time. Should have tried an engagement party - with more interaction between the "friends" to add to the chemistry being finally realized. They needed more time together in scenes. Was it lust or real love - because he was such a playboy? Please let Mr. Dempsey's wife continue to do his hair because this cut and the cut in the Disney film were amateurist and unflattering.
