Delightful and Satisfying!

My daughter got me hooked on the books and I thought I might be disappointed in the film but I wasn't. Far from it! I thoroughly enjoyed it. The film captured the romantic tension between Bella and Edward as well as the easy friendship between Bella and Jacob. The few things that were different from the book worked just fine. I loved the baseball scene! The soundtrack is awesome and the song chosen for that scene is perfect. By the end of the film I was left wanting to see more of the Cullens, having got to know them in the books. I sure hope the film does well so that we can see the next books brought to life in this way!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
